Crewing is Service and Growth. The Crew experience is designed to enable you to apply your learning into practice, expedite your journey of growth and witness the transformation of other participants too.
Crewing is Commitment. You will engage before an event for orientation and may be required to arrive a day before to support event set-up. During the event you arrive earlier than the participants, on each day, and stay until after they leave the venue. While the long hours of Crewing are an opportunity for you to push through boundaries, we do encourage you to check yourself and take care of yourself first. All Crew members are expected to be present for all days of an event and be participating in pre- and post- event activities too.
Crewing is Learning. During the event, Crew has the opportunity receive special learning sessions and information exclusively for them; You will experience variety of skills that can apply to your everyday life.
Crewing is Caring. During the event you will extend due support and you will be supported by the Crew Leadership Team, Trainers, Mentors, and your fellow Crew.
